Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo reunite 18 years after 13 Going On 30

Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo shared a sweet throwback photo from the set of 13 Going On 30 as they reunited almost two decades on.

The pair met up for a reunion after they starred together in the hit rom com 18 years ago.

Jennifer, 49, shared a collage of her and Mark, 54, snuggled up together in the last scene of the 2004 film.

Below she added a photo from the current day, of the couple cuddling on a sofa outdoors.

She captioned the snap: “13 Going on 30 Reunion, aka #TheAdamProject, is out Friday on @netflix”.

Mark also shared a video of the pair enjoying a pack of Razzles, just as they did in the film.

“Can you believe that it’s been 18 years since 13 Going On 30? Which is about how old these Razzles are.

“Both a candy..” Jennifer said.

“And a gum,” Mark finished for her.

They cheered their sweets and Mark continued: “It’s sorta like Jenna and Matty got together so that they could become parents in The Adam Project.”

They were joined by Walker Scobell, who said: “You guys look cozy, what’s going on?”

Mark said: “We were just sitting here reminiscing on how we’re both in 13 Going On 30.”

“Have you seen that movie?” Jennifer asked as she continued to chew on the Razzle.

“Didn’t that movie come out like forever ago? Before I was even born I think,” Walker asked.

“Can’t believe it’s been 18 years, it feels like it was yesterday… Maybe the time travel in #TheAdamProject really happened,”

Fans flocked to the comment section to join in on the reminiscing.

“Jenna and Matty 4EVER,” one fan wrote.

Another chimed: “I AM OBSESSED THAT THEY DID THIS”

Garner and Ruffalo joined Heart’s Dev Griffin this week to chat about their new film The Adam Project, also starring Ryan Reynolds and Walker Scobell.

Jennifer told Heart Radio: “We have such a history together and we’re so much part of each other’s history, and even though we hadn’t seen each other in a long time, it felt like no time had passed and like 100 years had passed.

“It was really wonderful to get to know this version of Mark with all the information I have about the younger one.”

Mark added: “Yes, it was beautiful. It was like a homecoming.”

In The Adam Project on Netflix, Jennifer and Mark play husband and wife Ellie and Louis Reed, who are the parents of Adam, played by Ryan Reynolds.

Ryan is a time traveller who crashes into 2022 and meets up with his 12-year-old self, Walker, to save the future.
